.Expertly handcrafted in solid 9ct yellow gold in our on-site workshop, these script style name dropper necklaces are super popular at Eloise.
Price includes 18inch 9ct yellow gold chain. Pendant size depends on number of letters, and design chosen. For guidance, 5 letter pendants may measure approx 4cm in length by 1cm in height.
Price is dependant on your name length.
Once you order, please e-mail us with your order number, and the name you would like written. Please double check your spelling. If you would like a different chain length, please specify this in your e-Mail. Email us at eloisejewellery@hotmail.co.uk
We may e-mail you a choice of designs to pick from. Once you have chosen your design, we can begin making your special piece. The wait time between picking a design, and your handmade piece being ready to collect/post is currently 1-3 weeks.

Items can be returned for a refund within 14 days, or an exchange in 28 days.
Custom or bespoke made pieces are not eligible for returns/refunds.

Are any purchases final sale?
All items are eligible for return ensuring they are in unworn, unused perfect condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
If we make any alterations to a piece of jewellery, at your request, the item becomes ineligible for return.
Such as re-sizing, gold plating, change of stone, and engraving, etc.
When will I get my order?
Orders are often shipped on the same, or next working day.
Items with ‘pre-order’ in the title, may take 1-2 weeks to be shipped.
We offer next day and standard 2-3 day delivery options for UK orders.
