Shipping Policy and Customs Information (International Orders)

We are based in Scotland, UK, and proudly ship worldwide, including to the USA.

Customs & Import Duties – USA Customers:
• Orders shipped to the United States under $800 USD (including item value + shipping) typically do not incur import duties or taxes, due to the U.S. de minimis threshold.
• For orders over $800 USD, U.S. Customs may charge import duties, taxes, or processing fees. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
• Any customs delays are outside our control, but we will always provide tracking information and support if needed.

Declared Value:
All items are declared at full purchase value on customs forms in compliance with international shipping laws. We cannot mark items as gifts or undervalue shipments.

Carrier Fees:
Some courier services (like FedEx, DHL, or UPS) may charge additional handling or customs brokerage fees. These are also the responsibility of the recipient.
