Shipping Policy

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping, including to the United States. However, due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations, there are some important things to note before placing your order.

🇺🇸 Shipping to the USA

As of August 2025, all parcels entering the U.S. may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, regardless of the parcel’s value.

- These fees are set by U.S. Customs and are out of our control.

- Charges may range from a flat fee (e.g. $80–$200) to a percentage of your order’s value (10%–50%).

- These costs are payable by the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

We understand this can be frustrating, and we're doing everything we can to make the process smoother for you.

Standard Shipping Information

- We ship from the UK using trusted carriers including Royal Mail, DHL, and FedEx.

- Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.

- Tracking information will be provided once your parcel has shipped.

Customs & Import Fees (Outside the U.S.)

For all international orders, including those outside the U.S., import duties, taxes, and handling fees may apply. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Refusing Delivery Due to Fees

If a parcel is refused because of unpaid customs charges, we are unable to refund shipping costs, and your refund may be subject to a restocking fee once the item is returned.
