From one-hour rhodium plating to bespoke engagement rings made from scratch, our on-site jewellery workshop in Kirkcaldy, Fife has been looking after our customers' jewellery since 1996. Here's everything we can do for you.

Our fully equipped workshop handles repairs on sterling silver, 9ct and 18ct yellow and white gold, plus most costume jewellery. Whether it's a snapped chain or a ring that needs its claws re-tipped, our experienced jewellers will have it back on and sparkling.

Rhodium Plating
Bring the bright, mirror-white shine back to your white gold rings in just one hour while you wait. No appointment needed, Tuesday to Saturday, from £40 per ring. We can even rhodium plate yellow gold if you'd love a white finish. Buy a white gold ring from Eloise and your first rhodium plating is free.

Bespoke Design Service
Create a one-of-a-kind piece of jewellery with our in-house designers. We'll sketch your ideas, refine them with you, and create a 3D render for more intricate stone-set designs before our jeweller handmakes your piece using traditional goldsmithing techniques. You can even repurpose your own gold and gemstones, and we'll happily test your gold for you.

Do I need an appointment for rhodium plating?
No. We rhodium plate rings in one hour, Tuesday to Saturday. Just call ahead on 01592 646340 to make sure a jeweller is available. More about rhodium plating.
Can you repair jewellery I didn't buy from Eloise?
Yes. Our workshop repairs sterling silver, 9ct and 18ct gold and most costume jewellery, wherever it was bought. More about jewellery repairs.
Can you resize a ring I've bought online?
Yes, our workshop can resize rings to fit. Send us a ring resizing enquiry and we'll get back to you.
How long does a bespoke piece take?
Bespoke pieces are handmade over 6 to 12 weeks depending on the design, with a 50% deposit once you approve your final design. More about our bespoke design service.
Can I use my own gold for a bespoke design?
Yes. Repurposing your own gold or gemstones can help reduce the cost, and we can test your gold for you in store.
Do you do valuations for insurance?
We don't provide official insurance valuations, but with over 30 years of experience our team can give you a good idea of what your jewellery is worth.
Can I spread the cost of my jewellery?
Yes. Choose Klarna or Clearpay at checkout online, or use Eloise Layaway on pieces priced £250 or more. Compare payment plan options.
