‘Royal Mail Special Delivery’ is fully tracked and insured, and will arrive the day after posting before 1pm. Orders of £500 and over include higher insurance cover.

International delivery

We are based in Scotland, UK, and proudly ship worldwide, including to the USA.

Shipping costs and delivery times are subject to destination country.

Customs & Import Duties – USA Customers

  • Orders shipped to the United States under $800 USD (including item value + shipping) typically do not incur import duties or taxes, due to the U.S. de minimis threshold.
  • For orders over $800 USD, U.S. Customs may charge import duties, taxes, or processing fees. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
  • Any customs delays are outside our control, but we will always provide tracking information and support if needed.

Declared Value

All items are declared at full purchase value on customs forms in compliance with international shipping laws. We cannot mark items as gifts or undervalue shipments.

Carrier Fees

Some courier services (like FedEx, DHL, or UPS) may charge additional handling or customs brokerage fees. These are also the responsibility of the recipient.

Processing time

Please be mindful our processing time is between 1-2 working days. On occasion, we can post your order out the same day, if ordered before 1pm.

Accepting deliveries

Please make sure you or someone you know will be present either at a home or work address to accept your delivery.

Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.
