Intriguing Vintage 9ct White Gold White Spinel and White Topaz Twist Dress Ring - Size K

This stunning twist-design dress ring features an almost translucent, pale pastel-pink white spinel, claw set in the centre. For a touch of sparkle, four round-cut white topaz stones are scattered on either side of the central gem. To complete the look, the design is framed with sweeping curves of bright and gleaming white gold.
