In-store purchases can be refunded within 7 days, or exchanged within 28 days.

No, pre-loved pieces are one-offs. We can resize after purchase.

Yes, contact us to arrange. We'd love to answer any questions and show you anything you'd like to see over a video call if you can't make it into our boutique.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
