A shimmering heart-shaped slice of mother-of-pearl is expertly bezel-set in 9ct yellow gold, enhancing the stone’s natural iridescence and giving it a designer-inspired finish.
The pendant is securely attached to a 9ct yellow gold chain on either side of the heart. This versatile chain can be adjusted to 16 inches or 18 inches, making the necklace perfect for layering.
