We opened in 1996 and are a trusted name in our area, winning the award of Best Gift Shop in Scotland 2017 and Best Craft or Creative Business in Fife 2018. Everything we list we have for sale in the boutique, all goods are genuine and as described.

What is the return policy?
We want you to love everything you purchase from Eloise Jewellery!
Items can be returned for a refund within 14 days, or an exchange in 28 days.
Custom or bespoke made pieces are not eligible for returns/refunds.

Are any purchases final sale?
All items are eligible for return ensuring they are in unworn, unused perfect condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
If we make any alterations to a piece of jewellery, at your request, the item becomes ineligible for return.
Such as re-sizing, gold plating, change of stone, and engraving, etc.
When will I get my order?
Orders are often shipped on the same, or next working day.
Items with ‘pre-order’ in the title, may take 1-2 weeks to be shipped.
We offer next day and standard 2-3 day delivery options for UK orders.
