Vintage 9ct Yellow Gold Garnet and Diamond Dress Ring - Size N

Made in 9ct yellow gold, this vintage ring features a vibrant red marquise-cut faceted garnet at the centre, claw set and flanked on either side by four oval-cut faceted deep red garnets, accented with diamonds for added luxe and sparkle.

She makes a wonderful dress ring or an everyday piece if you adore gemstones.
