We offer next day and standard 2–3 day delivery options for UK orders. Please select the necessary shipping option at checkout.

Online orders can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.
In-store purchases can be refunded within 7 days, or exchanged within 28 days.
Custom or bespoke made pieces are not eligible for returns/refunds.

No, pre-loved pieces are one-offs. We can resize after purchase.

Yes, contact us to arrange. We'd love to answer any questions and show you anything you'd like to see over a video call if you can't make it into our boutique.
