Choose in-store pickup at checkout and collect your order free from our shop at 156 High Street, Kirkcaldy, KY1 1NQ.

Opening hours: Monday–Saturday 9.30am–5.30pm (we're also open on Sundays in December).

We want you to love everything you purchase from Eloise Jewellery!
Online orders can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.
In-store purchases can be refunded within 7 days, or exchanged within 28 days.
Custom or bespoke made pieces are not eligible for returns/refunds.

No, pre-loved pieces are one-offs. We can resize after purchase.
